  • figure out what sets this off
    • lack of sleep?
    • bad day
    • stressful situations - what kinds?
    • specific anxiety triggers
      • big decisions, the future
      • responsibility + ur choices affecting other people
      • suicide + self harm
      • ppl i care about fighting w/ each other
      • not being in control
  • stop replaying / reliving negative events
    • this also includes wallowing in how u felt when the event happened
    • go through ur happy tags on ur blog
    • read
    • find distractions!
  • pick out the positives from every experience
  • get something done
    • take some notes
    • read a chapter of a book
    • this works in a cycle. the first time will be hard, but doing one thing makes it easier to get the following things done.
