- first week of school - use activities/fundraising form to set up club dues
- first week of club being run - POs for every tournament through December
- PDFs that are already filled out are in Google Drive: Interlake Debate -> Treasurer -> Tournament POs
- Each tournament needs a registration fee PO and a PO for judging fees
- OVERESTIMATE on POs b/c you can't withdraw over the predicted amount, but excess money is fine
- for registration fees we put $800 for smaller tournaments and $1000 for larger tournaments (bear creek, tahoma, UW)
