TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• buyers should be of legal age (18) before transacting with me. a written consent from guardian/parents will be requested for minors who wish to purchase from me.
• all items are on-hand unless stated otherwise
• for high-valued items (1k and up) dop is strictly followed
• deadline of payment is usually already listed in the selling post. otherwise, default is 3 days
• i will send order confirmation first (buyer must check and confirm items) before sending my payment details
• no cancellation once an item is reserved, doing so will incur a cancellation fee of 5% of the total amount of purchase.
• cancellation with no valid reason will be tagged as joy reserver/bogus buyer
• i use recycled packaging materials so i don't charge for packaging fee (pf). if uncomfortable, please let me know so i can adjust. (if not okay with recycled packaging mats, there will be an additional pf depending on the item )
• no rush shipping
• unboxing video showing the waybill information is required for refund requests, as it's subject for review and validity
• no return policy. please make sure we check the item condition before purchasing. pls feel free to reach out for additional pictures or item info
• shipping schedule depends on my availability. (mostly weekend) i work a 9-5 corporate job and may not be able to respond during my work hours. thank you for your patience.
• price in the listing is exclusive of shipping fee
