Because I can never keep track and never knew how to eat right LOL 5~6 strict days, 1 cheat day (eat all the food!). Eat slower and only 80% full.

BREAKFAST

  • Smoothie:
    • Banana, Berries, Flaxseed oil, Juice, Protein Powder. (Flaxseed oil: get some fat in there!)
    • Berries, Spinach. (Can switch with Mangos & Peaches)
  • Food:
    • Whole Wheat toast w Peanut Butter & Cinnamon (ONLY WHEN DESPERATE)

LUNCH

  • SALAD~
    • protein: nuts & beans
    • Cranberries, walnuts, seeds.
  • Vegetable soup (if I'm tired of the salad)

SNACK

  • Fruits & Nuts

DINNER

  • Boiled Vegetables, brown rice, sesame seed.
  • Salad

DRINKS

  • Tea (WITHOUT sugar)
  • Lemon water

STAY AWAY FROM

  • coffee
  • soda
  • chips (anything fried)
  • bread
  • canned foods
  • instant noodles
  • dairy & by products(go probiotic!)
