Because I can never keep track and never knew how to eat right LOL 5~6 strict days, 1 cheat day (eat all the food!). Eat slower and only 80% full.
BREAKFAST
- Smoothie:
- Banana, Berries, Flaxseed oil, Juice, Protein Powder. (Flaxseed oil: get some fat in there!)
- Berries, Spinach. (Can switch with Mangos & Peaches)
- Food:
- Whole Wheat toast w Peanut Butter & Cinnamon (ONLY WHEN DESPERATE)
LUNCH
- SALAD~
- protein: nuts & beans
- Cranberries, walnuts, seeds.
- Vegetable soup (if I'm tired of the salad)
SNACK
DINNER
- Boiled Vegetables, brown rice, sesame seed.
- Salad
DRINKS
- Tea (WITHOUT sugar)
- Lemon water
STAY AWAY FROM
- coffee
- soda
- chips (anything fried)
- bread
- canned foods
- instant noodles
- dairy & by products(go probiotic!)
