• Mojang has named the director for its upcoming Minecraft movie and it is none other than that lovable doofus from It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia — Mac, or actor/writer Rob McElhenney.

The company made the brief announcement yesterday on its site: “Hello there! Some of you may have seen this guy hanging around MINECON in London a couple weeks ago. He’s Rob McElhenney, and he’s going to be directing the upcoming Minecraft movie.”
