- take the stairs in the student building
- take the bus early and get off on 7th street
- do early t/r workouts before bfa meetings
- go to the gym with sara
- find workout videos to use at home
- do class readings or find audio books for use at the gym
- make an exercise plan: sun/t/th workdays: m/w/sat
- eat oatmeal or granola/greek yogurt and fruit in the morning
- snack on fruit
- bring a water bottle and drink lots!
- eat big salads before/with dinner
- brush teeth early so I don't want to eat
- don't buy foods that are easily freebased: cookie dough, nutella, candy
