• take the stairs in the student building
  • take the bus early and get off on 7th street
  • do early t/r workouts before bfa meetings
  • go to the gym with sara
  • find workout videos to use at home
  • do class readings or find audio books for use at the gym
  • make an exercise plan: sun/t/th workdays: m/w/sat
  • eat oatmeal or granola/greek yogurt and fruit in the morning
  • snack on fruit
  • bring a water bottle and drink lots!
  • eat big salads before/with dinner
  • brush teeth early so I don't want to eat
  • don't buy foods that are easily freebased: cookie dough, nutella, candy
