The only way to keep your health is to eat what you don't want, drink what you don't like, and do what you'd rather not. -- MT

  • Organize my schedule and make time for myself mentally and physically.
    • Schedule decent hours of sleep [ 5< but 8>] so I can "hopefully" feel more energetic and I'm clear minded.
    • Eating at set hours.
    • Make a hour or two a day to work out.
    • Making a day a week Isa-day.
  • Continuously working out.
    • Yoga.
    • Pilates.
    • Cardio.
    • Jukari.
  • Maintain nutritional balance.
    • Planning my meals ahead of time [making nommy soy or almond based, fruit and vitamin loaded smoothies so I stop forgetting meals!]
    • Trying out new, healthy recipes.
    • Bake less.
    • Eat out less [unless it's freshly cut fruit or something equally delicious and nommy!]
    • Substitute more coffee with tea.
    • Try naturals & unsweetened versions rather than giving into the sweet tooth.
    • Grit teeth and lower carb intake while raising protein intake.
    • Start taking supplements to cover my nutritional deficiencies.
    • Fresh at home > Anything the outside world can offer.
