The only way to keep your health is to eat what you don't want, drink what you don't like, and do what you'd rather not. -- MT
- Organize my schedule and make time for myself mentally and physically.
- Schedule decent hours of sleep [ 5< but 8>] so I can "hopefully" feel more energetic and I'm clear minded.
- Eating at set hours.
- Make a hour or two a day to work out.
- Making a day a week Isa-day.
- Continuously working out.
- Yoga.
- Pilates.
- Cardio.
- Jukari.
- Maintain nutritional balance.
- Planning my meals ahead of time [making nommy soy or almond based, fruit and vitamin loaded smoothies so I stop forgetting meals!]
- Trying out new, healthy recipes.
- Bake less.
- Eat out less [unless it's freshly cut fruit or something equally delicious and nommy!]
- Substitute more coffee with tea.
- Try naturals & unsweetened versions rather than giving into the sweet tooth.
- Grit teeth and lower carb intake while raising protein intake.
- Start taking supplements to cover my nutritional deficiencies.
- Fresh at home > Anything the outside world can offer.
