The goal is not to lose weight so I look good but to get in shape and become a more healthy person as a means of bringing glory to God. As a student of the human body and future nursing student I have a lot of respect for what God has made our bodies to do and I intend my life to reflect that. Also, I'm not sure I agree but Gandhi once said that if you can control your appetite for food you can control all of your instincts. Charles Spurgeon said, “A mouthful of sea air, or a stiff walk in the wind’s face would not give grace to the soul, but it would yield oxygen to the body, which is next best.” Rules:
- No candy (Except on Sunday)
- No fast food
- No ice cream (Except on Sunday)
- No soda (As if I ever drink it)
Schedule:
- Monday: Swim
- Tuesday: Morning or evening jog with before and after lunges
- Wednesday: Wii Fit! (Just for fun)
- Thursday: Morning swim/bicycle
- Friday: Swim
- Saturday-Sunday: Some kind of outdoor activity (Swimming, hiking, biking)
