  • Spinach & Pumpkin salad w/ pinenuts & feta
  • 1 chicken Terriyaki handroll
  • Linguini with tuna
  • 2L of water + 2 hours gym in morning

Day 3

  • Rye Toast with Ricotta and Honey
  • A small punnet of Blueberries
  • Left over Tuna Linguini
  • Bruchetta (Tomato, feta and basil)
  • 2L of water + 1.5 hours touch training

Day 4

  • 2 Weetbix with Skim milk and goji berries
  • Grilled chicken salad from Norton St
  • Max Brenner Ice chocolate
  • Penne Arabiatta
  • 2L of water + 1 hour touch + 1 hour gym

Day 5

  • 2 Weetbix with Skim Milk
  • Bowl of Spinach
  • Chickpeas and cous cous
  • 2L of water + 1 hour gym

Day 6

  • 2 Weetbix with Skin Milk
  • Bodywise bar
  • Jalna Low fat Strawberry yogurt
  • Dairy Milk Bar @ onstage
  • Tortilla with Chicken sausage and chickpeas
  • 1L water + 1 hour gym

Day 7

  • 2 Weetbix
  • Janla Low Fat Yogurt
  • Bodywise Bar
  • Packet of Pods (Movies)
  • Thin crust pizza w/ sweet potatoe and feta
  • 2L water

Day 8

  • 2 Weetbix with Skim Milk
  • Organic Iku riceball
  • Chicken sushi
  • Sourdough olive roll
  • 2L water + 2 hours gym

Day 9

  • 3 Weetbix with Skim Milk
  • Berry Yogurt w/ Granola
  • Thai salad with Lime dressing
  • Bodywise Bar
  • Linguini with tuna
  • 1L water + 1.5hr touch training

Day 10
