• Close enough to the city that it's not a long commute to school, but it's not right in the city (less busy)

• Close to grocery, bank
• 2 full bathrooms
• Garden/common outdoor space
• Bigger room and closet
• Hot tubs
• Games room, pool tables
• Wifi in shared spaces if I want to have another place to do work
• Rooftop terrace- lake view
• Suite comes with fireplace, all appliances, blinds, etc
• Access to guest suites
• Basically living in a hotel
• Don't have much tying me to that town anyway; I only go home to visit my family, not like we're leaving the house we grew up in

CONS

• Possibly not enough rooms for when the fam joins
• Further from school than our place now & would have to take the streetcar (added expense of ttc pass, need for work anyway). Although we def wouldn't find a place close to school for our renting price range anyway.
• Parents would have house and condo payments for a while
• We'd have to sell our house in about a year
• Would have to go through all our stuff at the house and get rid of it bc no space to keep it; although that's prob a good thing
• Suite could be noisy (at least on terrace) bc close to highway/railway
