Greetings! I'm Sol-El. Online, you may recognize me by my username @liondrakes!

I'm a fictional shapeshifter. This is my kinlist! Whenever a 'type is bolded, it means that experience holds a lot of prominence within my alterhumanity.

  • Umamusume (both the species and the work of fiction)
    • Occasionally, I experience being an Umamusume. Other times, I simply connect with Umamusume and its many stories as a non-thoroughbred horse. I like to joke that its adaptations make me feel like a dad glued to his tv screen, watching his team play. The factheartedness I feel towards this world's racehorses (ex: Gentildonna, Verxina, Still in Love, etc) factors in this vaguetype as well. I created an umasona to help navigate my complex feelings towards Umamusume, existing both as an OC and a fictionflicker to me. I also experience paratype-like feelings towards Umamusume as a species; Umamusume feel distinctly connected to my identity as a horse seeing that this species concept helped improve my relationship with equinehood, especially with being equally human and nonhuman.
  • Aesop (620–564 BCE)
    • This vaguetype exists within the overlap between facthood and fictionhood. I see many similarities between myself and the person that was Aesop. At the same time, it is not lost on me that much of Aesop’s existence has been shrouded by myth and fictionalized throughout history. Some even theorize that Aesop may not have existed at all and was but a name attached to stories for a sense of authorship. Whatever the case may be, I harbor a connection between both Aesop as a character and Aesop as a person, regardless of the nature of his existence. I cannot fully say that I am Aesop, nor can I say that my connection with Aesop ends at resonance, but what I can say is that I am an Aesop-like individual whose existence permeates the realms of fiction and fact.
