Greetings! I'm Sol-El. Online, you may recognize me by my username @liondrakes!

I'm a fictional shapeshifter. This is my kinlist! Whenever a 'type is bolded, it means that experience holds a lot of prominence within my alterhumanity.

  • Alterhuman (general)
    • My experience as an alterhuman is quoiluntary in nature. On the spectrum of voluntariness and involuntariness, my experiences vary greatly, thus I label my alterhumanity as entirely quoiluntary.
  • Fictionfolk (general)
    • As fictionfolk, I am: fictionkin, fictionhearted, talehearted, an archetroper whose tropetypes are based within fictional media, someone with fictional hearthomes, and someone whose fictionhood influences my spirituality. I am also a world-hopper, in which my connection to fictional worlds allows me to oversee them subconsciously.
  • Transspecies
    • I use this label because most, if not all, of it is a part of a self-established journey much like my gender transition. At some point in my life, I realized how out of place I felt in this world. My species felt fluid, and my overall existence felt connected between this world and worlds within fiction. As a result, I started transitioning.
      • My transition is social, political and philosophical in nature. I'm not interested in body modifications or other forms of physical transitioning since there's nothing that can help me change between multiple forms.
    • I also prefer to this label as there's no set criteria to being transspecies. I feel free to discuss my experiences how I see fit.
  • Extraterrestrial
    • Self-explanatory. Despite being born on Earth, I belong outside of it. Rather than anywhere within our known solar system, I consider myself an extraterrestrial on a dimensional level. I belong in the realms of fiction. This gives way to how I experience being transspecies, becoming a shapeshifter who fluctuates across fact and fiction.
  • Imagithrope
    • This means I'm an alterhuman whose identity can be created and/or formed partially or wholly from imaginative play (roleplay, writing, art, acting, etc). This label mainly applies to my fictionkinity, but my practices help support my hearttypes and linktypes as well.
        • Some altertypes are listed as "imagitypes" on my list. For me, my imagitypes are typically fictomeres. Although a lot of my fictomeres involve some kind of self-invention, experiences that are exclusively imagitypes exist nebulously. I do not feel them as intensely as my fictotypes, but they're distinct enough to not be vaguetypes. They're also consistent enough to not be flickers. Unlike linktypes, some imagitypes exist involuntarily; only the information around them is created, not the subject myself.
