- curtains taken down and washed or dry cleaned
- same with duvet and pillows
- sweep down ceilings, corners and tops of doorways
- wash windows
- clear off stacks and piles on and around dresser
- dump each drawer into a central location, vacuum drawer, sort pile
- clear out under bed & vacuum
- turn the mattress
- take everything out of closet and pile in a central location
- dust and clean off all the furniture
- vacuum floors
