• HABITS WE'RE KEEPING UP THIS WEEK:
    • walking the cat (trying to go for every morning, but idk :/)
    • journalling/habit tracking (every day)
    • grocery shopping on fridays/saturdays
    • playing piano for at least 30 minutes per night on tuesdays and thursdays
  • HABITS WE'RE INTRODUCING THIS WEEK:
    • cleaning the litterbox on a regular basis (at LEAST every two days)
    • making breakfast on mondays, wednesdays, and fridays
    • exercising once or twice per week for 30 minutes (i have wednesday scheduled, we'll see if i can do another session lmao)

    • 6 AM (8-9 for off-days): wake up, make breakfast, walk the kitty
    • (MTWF) 8 AM - 1 PM: work
    • after work/daily stuff: eat lunch/go to the library
    • 6-7 pm: feed cherry, start cooking/going to get dinner
    • 9-10 pm: go back to sleep and STARVE
