• i dream of castles, and of magic a lot, and there will be times when i am a grimy, female knight, kicking ass and taking names the only female among men, and i've got bright red hair and a unique type of armor. i'm probably royalty or something
• in my other dreams, i definitely am royalty. i am sometimes a princess, but most of the time, i am a queen, ruling alone in a kingdom, and i've got a golden crown, and my dress conceals a dagger in my boot, and i draw it to stab someone but i don't know who
• other times, i am a thief, with raggedy, silver blond hair, and knit gloves, slipping from roof to roof. i think i lost my parents somehow. i think i was an orphan in this one. i don't remember.

the angst in this fic. gah. i read this one all the bloody time. THIS FIC IS SO VERY ANGSTY BUT IT'S SO VERY VERY VERY good. It deals with the repercussions of infidelity really well, and it's so beautifully written.
