My five habits to change in the new year, a la 6 Changes.
- Write at least one movie review per week.
- Eat mostly/only whole and unprocessed foods.
- Keep track of all the money that I spend.
- Clean out my bedrooms and give things to Goodwill.
- Exercise or go to yoga class at least 2-3 days per week.
