Outside of academia and insular Cuntdom, that is.
- Speak to Doug and Kelly with greater frequency
- Catch up enough to read the optional texts for International Cinema and Human Society & Culture, i.e. Film Art readings, Emerson and Tierney essays, etc.
- Actually do the readings from the Oxford History of World Cinema
- Seriously get started on my field work project/hang out with asexuals
- Schedule a follow up conversation with my endlessly understanding sister
- Consider, with some modicum of dedication, NYU's smoking cessation program
- Spend my parents hard-earned money with more substantial discrimination
- Participate in some sort of physical activity, be it scary NYU gyms or equally scary East Village-area yoga studios (and no, Yoga To the People does not count)
- Go to the movies with those 4-6 cinema studies friends of mine (lurking secretly in the wings of this wormhole I seem to attend) who I've repeatedly vocalized this offer to, with every intention of fulfilling my word, only to leave them suffering from the fall-out of my own procrastination and poor time management
- Return Gretchen's lovely e-mail and schedule a Skype appointment with her
- Maybe e-mail Olivia Birdsall for coffee or something, per her request (?)
- Stop missing classes unnecessarily due to, 1) poor time management, always and forever, and 2) residual guilt over other responsibilities I've failed to meet
- Set aside enough time to give the ever-patient Ava Mattaliano my full and undivided attention long enough to, at the very least, make up for the incalculable hours that have passed between us these past two months in silence (which I am duly responsible for)
