• Making half-hearted attempts at renewing my capacity for intent, passionate movie-watching and, mostly, failing
• Many necessary items gleaned, including; 1) a new iPhone 4G, 2) SmartWool socks, 3) delightfully utilitarian, brown Doc Marten boots, 4) Canon video camera, 5) pure amber oil, 6) Paramahansa Yogananda poster, 7) long-desired Krishnamurti and Yogananda tomes, purchased with a rather serendipitously-awarded Barnes & Noble gift card, and 8) my endlessly-sought, knee-length, black down jacket
• Encountering negligible experiential material worthy of gracing this list
• Much cigarette smoking on the ground level deck off of my dad's bedroom in Kent, WA in my fantastically furry blue robe, allowing me a wonderful view of many oversized fir trees, essentially typifying my own personal, heavily nostalgic image of the paradigmatic Pacific Northwest atmosphere
• Many a placid night spent in the Happy Valley household, making good use of the exorbitant cooking space, yielding a bevy of homemade channa masala, channa dal, vegan avocado breakfast sandwiches, peanut butter cookies, multiple pasta dishes, and countless bowls of Loren's own oatmeal hodgepodge
