• Drink at least 64 ounces of water each day.
  • Try to exercise greater patience.
  • Recycle all glass, paper and plastic products.
  • As much as possible, try to eat in season.
  • Get atleast 8 hours of sleep each night.
  • Use a reusable or canvas bag when grocery shopping.
  • Stretch every day.
  • Don't drink any more than 8 ounces of coffee per day.
  • Go easy on the chocolate and desserts in general.
  • Practice regular deep breathing to reduce stress and be more mindful.
  • Do aerobic exercise atleast 2-3 times each week.
  • Practice strength training atleast 2-3 times each week.
  • Ride my bicycle and/or use public transportation whenever possible.
  • Eat a balanced, sensible diet which feels right to me.
  • Reduce consumption of refined sugars.
  • Don't allow my eating habits to be affected by emotions/boredom.
  • Only eat when actually hungry and previous meal has had more than enough time to completely digest.
  • Only purchase used books or check books out from the public library.
  • Purchase local produce from the Farmer's Market and join a local CSA for produce during the fall and winter.
  • Take shorter showers.
  • Completely eliminate hydrogenated vegetable oils and high fructose corn syrup from diet.
  • Try to avoid large amounts of fat, vinegar, strong spices, garlic, or other potentially aggravating foods.
  • Eliminate all dairy, egg, and animal products from diet.
