- Drink at least 64 ounces of water each day.
- Try to exercise greater patience.
- Recycle all glass, paper and plastic products.
- As much as possible, try to eat in season.
- Get atleast 8 hours of sleep each night.
- Use a reusable or canvas bag when grocery shopping.
- Stretch every day.
- Don't drink any more than 8 ounces of coffee per day.
- Go easy on the chocolate and desserts in general.
- Practice regular deep breathing to reduce stress and be more mindful.
- Do aerobic exercise atleast 2-3 times each week.
- Practice strength training atleast 2-3 times each week.
- Ride my bicycle and/or use public transportation whenever possible.
- Eat a balanced, sensible diet which feels right to me.
- Reduce consumption of refined sugars.
- Don't allow my eating habits to be affected by emotions/boredom.
- Only eat when actually hungry and previous meal has had more than enough time to completely digest.
- Only purchase used books or check books out from the public library.
- Purchase local produce from the Farmer's Market and join a local CSA for produce during the fall and winter.
- Take shorter showers.
- Completely eliminate hydrogenated vegetable oils and high fructose corn syrup from diet.
- Try to avoid large amounts of fat, vinegar, strong spices, garlic, or other potentially aggravating foods.
- Eliminate all dairy, egg, and animal products from diet.
