- Eat responsibly and consciously.
- Eat lots of fruits, vegetables and whole grains
- Follow a healthy vegetarian diet.
- Drink lots and lots of water.
- Get plenty of sleep.
- Each day after waking up and right before bed, record an accomplishment or something I'm thankful for.
- Be good to myself.
- Step 2: 01/05 and beyond
- Eat a healthful vegan diet.
- Try to get to sleep before 10:00 each night.
- Try to wake up before 7:00 each day.
- Drink lots and lots of water.
- Pray, meditate, and practice yoga regularly.
- Start going to the gym at least 2-3 times per week.
- Go on 10-15 minute walks regularly.
- Be good to myself.
