• Step 1: 12/20-01/04
    • Eat responsibly and consciously.
    • Eat lots of fruits, vegetables and whole grains
    • Follow a healthy vegetarian diet.
    • Drink lots and lots of water.
    • Get plenty of sleep.
    • Each day after waking up and right before bed, record an accomplishment or something I'm thankful for.
    • Be good to myself.
  • Step 2: 01/05 and beyond
    • Eat a healthful vegan diet.
    • Try to get to sleep before 10:00 each night.
    • Try to wake up before 7:00 each day.
    • Drink lots and lots of water.
    • Pray, meditate, and practice yoga regularly.
    • Start going to the gym at least 2-3 times per week.
    • Go on 10-15 minute walks regularly.
    • Be good to myself.
