- Keep a food journal and exercise log.
- Stop smoking, completely.
- Drink at least 64 oz. of water each day
- Eliminate all sugar (including honey).
- Eliminate refined carbohydrates (white flour, etc).
- Perform aerobic exercise for at least 30 minutes, 3-4 days per week.
- Start doing 10 push-ups, 20 sit-ups and 30 jumping jacks each morning. After a week or so, adjust amount accordingly.
- Stop drinking coffee (for at least one month).
- Eat plenty of fruits, vegetables and whole grains.
- Drink a glass of green lemonade 3-4 times per week.
- Use a dry skin brush everyday in the shower.
