• Keep a food journal and exercise log.
  • Stop smoking, completely.
  • Drink at least 64 oz. of water each day
  • Eliminate all sugar (including honey).
  • Eliminate refined carbohydrates (white flour, etc).
  • Perform aerobic exercise for at least 30 minutes, 3-4 days per week.
  • Start doing 10 push-ups, 20 sit-ups and 30 jumping jacks each morning. After a week or so, adjust amount accordingly.
  • Stop drinking coffee (for at least one month).
  • Eat plenty of fruits, vegetables and whole grains.
  • Drink a glass of green lemonade 3-4 times per week.
  • Use a dry skin brush everyday in the shower.
