  • Drink at least 64 oz. of water each day.
  • Eat plenty of fruits, vegetables and whole grains.
  • Try not to drink more than two cups of coffee each day.
  • Regularly practice deep breathing.
  • Get 30-60 minutes of exercise at least four days a week.
  • Don't hesitate to put myself and my own health before external pressures and obligations.
  • Eat slowly, sensibly and mindfully.
  • Get at least 8 hours of sleep each night.
  • Walk, ride my bicycle, or use public transporation whenever possible.
  • Try to go easy on chocolate and desserts.
  • Don't allow my eating habits to be affected by anxiety, distress, frustration, boredom, etc.
  • Eliminate high fructose corn syrup and hydrogenated oils from diet.
  • Seriously reduce consumption of refined sugars, flour and processed foods in general.
  • Try to keep things in perspective.
  • As much as possible, try to eat organic and in season.
  • Recycle whenever possible.
  • Eliminate all meat, dairy, eggs and other animal-related foods from diet.
  • Don't watch more than an hour of tv per day, at the very most.
  • Completely stop smoking.
