- Smile and laugh whenever you can.
- Slow down. Be, here, now.
- Take a multivitamin every day.
- Never, ever skip breakfast.
- Drink lots and lots of water.
- Begin and end each day with a bit of yoga, deep breathing, meditation and/or stretching.
- Before you purchase something, consider whether or not you really truly need it, or just want it.
- Ride my bike or walk whenever possible.
- Eat a large breakfast, a moderate lunch, and a light dinner.
- Get at least 8 hours of sleep each night.
- Take naps whenever you can.
- Eat lots of fruits, vegetables and whole grains.
- Hang out with friends whenever possible.
- Tell my family that I love them.
- Your life is not measured by how well-loved you are, but by how well you love others.
- Your health and well-being is always more improtant than any excuses or lame made-up reasoning.
