• Smile and laugh whenever you can.
  • Slow down. Be, here, now.
  • Take a multivitamin every day.
  • Never, ever skip breakfast.
  • Drink lots and lots of water.
  • Begin and end each day with a bit of yoga, deep breathing, meditation and/or stretching.
  • Before you purchase something, consider whether or not you really truly need it, or just want it.
  • Ride my bike or walk whenever possible.
  • Eat a large breakfast, a moderate lunch, and a light dinner.
  • Get at least 8 hours of sleep each night.
  • Take naps whenever you can.
  • Eat lots of fruits, vegetables and whole grains.
  • Hang out with friends whenever possible.
  • Tell my family that I love them.
  • Your life is not measured by how well-loved you are, but by how well you love others.
  • Your health and well-being is always more improtant than any excuses or lame made-up reasoning.
