In the wake of progressive musical apathy, these are some of the few musical compilations which have proven palatable in recent months. I can only hope that my current affinity for the albums to follow might withstand the brute force of this trend for a few, scant additional months, for fear that my capacity for audio-centric enjoyment may be nearing its firmly conclusive end.
