- For the first assignment in WTE progression #5, read "Delirious New York" by Rem Koolhaas, pinpoint three insights or ideas from the text, and tie them into some observations from the public art walking tour (that I most certainly did not do)
- For the second assignment, choose a piece of public art and post a descriptive explanation of it on WTE's Blackboard discussion board
- Read "At the Edge of the Cut: An Encounter with the Hong Kong Style In Contemporary Action Cinema" by Adrian Martin before Wednesday's recitation
- Figure out what topic to focus on for second short essay in International Cinema (John Woo's "The Killer"?) and sketch a rough outline before Sunday
- Write microassignment for Immanuel Kant's "Antimonies of Pure Reason"
- Post on AVEN meet-up forum and/or contact Tatiana again about setting up further asexual interviews and tagging along for the next group get together
- Read "Ode to a Grecian Urn" by John Keats
- Read "The Thing" by Martin Heidegger
If time allows:
- Read "The Relation of Habitual Thought and Behavior..." by Benjamin Whorf
- Read "On Key Symbols" by Sherry Ortner
