Anime

  • Hunter x Hunter - 10/10 - Masterpiece, full of suspense, it changed my life and my whole perspective on the true power of friendship. Recommend 100%.
  • Naruto - 10/10 - Amazing. Grew up with it, it's a true classic & a must watch for every anime fan.
  • Soul Eater 9/10 - Impressive art style, amazing lore, truly unique & relatable characters.
  • Onegai my Melody - 9/10 - Debatable for most people but I liked the childish nature & of course I'm obsessed with Sanrio so I naturally liked it.
  • Beastars 6/10 - Great animation and art style, unique, however I didn't like the ending and at some points it was too confusing for me. Great for a weekend watch tho.
  • That time I got reincarnated as a slime 5/10 - Starts very funny and nice right off but gets slow paced and a bit dragged towards the end.
  • If It's for My Daughter, I'd Even Defeat a Demon Lord 4/10 - Again, a pretty chill anime, not much to the story or lore, just something to relax with.
  • The Promised Neverland - 7/10 - Very nice story and concept, can't wait for more episodes to come out.
  • Inazuma Eleven - 7/10 - For children but I enjoyed it because I have fond memories of watching it when I was younger. I don't like sports anime but this one was cute because it combined techniques almost like ninjutsu in Naruto with simple soccer. Also focuses around the power of frienship.

Netflix Series

  • The Witcher - 10000/10 - My favorite franchise ever. Simply amazing. No words to describe it. Actors were spot on, CGI was flawless, the atmosphere, suspense, everything was great. Loved it. Recommend 100%.
  • The Midnight Gospel - 8/10 - Very trippy so if you don't like bright colors or lots of curse words and drug references I don't recommend it. It's very metaphorical and pictured in an Adventure Time type of style. I usually watch it before bed because it's very relaxing.
  • Night on Earth - 10/10 - A very short documentary series that I absolutely adored. The narrator's voice in English is extremely soothing, there's dark colors & beautiful shots of wildlife. if you decide to watch it I recommend watching before bed & especially the underwater episode. Thank me later!
  • AJ and the Queen - 7/10 - I love RuPaul so of course I had to watch it. Lovely, funny & emotional. Pictures real life problems of children, adults & the LGBT community but somehow it's lighthearted and comical. Recommend!
  • Greatest events of WW2 in colour - 9/10 - Another documentary series I loved. I am very passionate about history & this documetary series helped me understand better one of my favorite topics in history: World War II. Explained very well, simple & wonderfully pictured.
  • RuPaul's Drag Race - 7/10 - I absolutely love Drag Race and I would even go as far as saying that I am actually obsessed with it. Charisma, Uniqueness, Nerve & Talent! Entertaining, funny & emotional, it's one of the only reality TV shows I actually enjoy. However, I only rated it 7 because they don't bother adding newer seasons on netflix (at least in Romania) and honestly the latest season & Drag Race UK weren't as spicy for me. They lacked spark & I personally didn't find any of the queens to be as impressive as I expected them to be.
  • Haunted - 5/10 - Short horror stories who are apparently based off of real life events, but I have my doubts. Some of them are well scary but others are a bit boring & the show is overall just short. I'd call it a series worth watching if you just have some time to kill or if you're interested in the paranormal experiences of others.
  • The end of the f***ing world - 6/10 - Pretty interesting story & I like the actors, especially the boy ( I forgot his name, oops). It's somehow quiet & a bit weird but very catchy. Starts off very abruptly and weird & it's full of wicked stuff.
  • Stranger things - 3/10 - Mainstream. I liked the first season best, the second was a bit meh for me and now the 3rd was just boring as it could get. No flavour to it anymore. The spark kind of faded for me, but maybe it's just me.
  • Orange is the new black - 6/10 - A pretty consistent series, I liked it & I think it gives a more or less accurate insight of what life in prison is. Of course, it shines light on some very controversial issues in our society like racism, homophobia, discrimination, corruption of authorities & so on. I rated it at only 6 because I think it relied too much on sex scenes & sexual themed content. Everything came down to something of sexual nature in this show and it got a bit tiring at some point. Again, maybe it's just me.
