on life: none of us are going to make it out of here alive. ;)

as an atheist I find that I am so much more grateful for the small things. Being pretty certain that this is the only life I have and the only consciousness that I'll ever experience really puts every second of life into perspective

deep relationships are built on shared experiences. If we're not physically spending time with each other, then we're NOT building shared experiences (http://muslimbushido.blogspot.com/2008/10/true-fellowship-is-best-quality-of-life.html)
- I'm so guilty of this. I just don't generally like spending time around people. But I'm going to find a way to balance my need for solitude with developing close friendships.
few are willing to interact in any way with other women that is NOT to their total liking and at their complete convenience
few are willing to compromise to spend time with a "loved one" or "friend" (for example, go see a movie that they are not thrilled about, but the friend really wants to see).
- I'm also guilty of this as well. I don't like watching movies and it seems to be a really important way in which people bond.
Very few BW are willing to inconvenience themselves in any way to see a "loved one" or "friend."
