- Jamie tends to sleep a lot, usually in small naps. But, when they do have trouble sleeping, that’s where Morelull comes in! He has the moves sleep powder and spore, which both put the one they’re used on to sleep. When Jamie has trouble sleeping, Morelull will usually use sleep powder on them to help them get some rest. Not too much powder, though, just enough to help them along to sleep.
