- item protection fee (ipf) is available on GGX upon request and will be shouldered solely by the buyer.
- no compensations for complaints on missing or damaged items unless you can provide an unpacking video of good quality, with the item shown under LED lighting, and with no edits or cuts. the unpacking process must start from opening the courier's pouch. however, i am more than willing to help you raise your concerns to the courier if needed.
- message me if you're conscious of minor issues before proceeding. minor issues (e.g. hairline scratches, common damages on certain merch, universal factory issues) will not be considered for refund/exchange. please also note that I am not responsible for any factory damages, especially for sealed albums.
- once I send you my details, please DO NOT share my details with anyone else unless someone else is paying for you (for this case, please tell me beforehand), and please keep my details safe and private. i will do the same for your details in accordance with the Data Privacy Act.
