- we will not be held liable for any lost items caused by the local & international couriers, if the seller turns out to be a scammer or if seller sends the wrong/incomplete items. no refunds will be issued as it is not our fault as we are only assisting in behalf of the buyer.
- isf to be paid is measured per weight of the packaging of the item. it is different from the standard isf pricing for claims as the buyer should pay for the isf of their own item. the isf price ranges at ₱65 per 0.1 lb depending on how the seller packed it or the item’s packaging.
