• strictly no cancellations once we have sent the order confirmations. all claims are always payo unless stated with a dop.
  • claiming tweets are always up for claims unless it is deleted.
    • deleted = won’t push through
    • off replies = cutoff for claims
  • a late fee of ₱20 for the first day will be added once you fail to settle your payment after the said time of dop. if payment is still not settled after 24 hours, late fee will increase to ₱50 per day.
  • we will not be held liable for any defects caused by the local & international couriers or undisclosed defects by the overseas sellers.
  • we will not be held liable for any lost items caused by the local & international couriers or seller sending wrong/incomplete items. thus, we will issue a 50% refund of the price of the item as it is not completely our fault and is beyond our control. if the seller of the items posted for claims turns out to be a scammer, we will issue full refund of the items.
  • NO UNBOXING VIDEO, NO REFUND.
  • DMs are deleted once transaction is complete.
