• 4 lbs fresh tomatoes
  • 6 cloves garlick, minced
  • 1/2 large onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • 1.5 tsp sugar
  • Salt&Peppa
  • Toss all ingredients in th crock pot (whole tomatoes too)
  • Cover, cook on low for several hours, stirring occasionally
  • When tomatoes have broken down, continue cooking - uncovered- until you get to a good consistency (at least 8 hours)
  • Run it through a food processor and then pour it into jars/tuppaware!
