Intentions
Establishing new foundations.
- Morning Soothe
- establish contact and communication with the body through my senses (start with touch :))
- inform nervous system that I am available to respond, and I am here for her ♥︎
- intuitive affirmations of what I need to hear, but to start off:
- I am enough.
- I am worthy.
- I am whole.
- any movement practice that feels aligned
- connecting with nature: going out for a walk, to watch the sky, the trees, etc.
- Lessening the overthinking, and allowing more feeling.
- Give space to allow the feelings to land or to reveal themselves without the narratives.
