• 3/1/13 Cont: On Wed I asked my professor to go over a homework problem that I didn't understand. She told me, "How about I email you answer and you figure it out on your own." An hour and a half before the homework was due I sent her an email to remind her and she replied by sending me THE ENTIRE HOMEWORK SOLUTION MANUEL. hahahaha

• 3/9/13 Another snow storm yesterday! Wowzah! Today was a lot of fun. The babies slept over with Arri, David and Ethan. We played Hide-and-Go-Seek in the dark till late and the next morning went sledding on Horse Barn Hill. The Russian National Ballet was at The Gaurd so great Aunt Anita got us tickets so her and my family could go together. Yet this! The prince slipped on stage and had to be replaced by an Asian. I love Asians but this is Cinderella not Mulan.
• 3/10/13 Sitting in my bed eating dinner, laughing, drinking tea, sharing the High&Low of the day. *happiness*
• 3/11/13 I am still searching for a sense of community at my college. Sure, it has only been a semester and a half but when I walk around I see groups of people who seem to be living the college life and I don't feel apart of it. It is a tough. Maybe it is just different that what I had imagined it to be? Part of it, I'm sure is that I transferred in as a Joiner so a lot of students in my classes are Joiners and Seniors that have already made their friend groups and are better acquainted then me. I also commute. It isn't a long way and I'm not lonely (I get lots of visitors) but sometimes I feel as though I'm looking through the glass watching an invisible me go about her business. I am happy, and quite well adjusted, and I am making more friends with in my major but it still feels like I'm just visiting.
• 2/12/13 The College Life: It is about 11:00 and I'm about to call it a night to studying. I'm feeling annoyed because I want a snack but I don't want to waist money and I'm not wearing any pants (AND there is NO way I'm putting any BACK ON!) so traveling is out of the question. AND THAT'S when it hits me!! I made 4 delicious, chocolate chip cookies in my little toaster oven while preparing dinner. Before I went upstairs to eat and study, I turned off the toaster oven and forgot about them. Perfect cookies at the perfect time! Nommnommmnommm!! I love you little toaster oven!!
• 3/14/13 In the main study room in the Civil/ENVE building my friend John adjusted all the pictures on the wall to be tilted. It is hysterical listening to all the Engineers frustrated by it (including me). Finally, someone fixed them. Dinner at Grandma's with my fam and Ethan. Such fun and love. My mom got me a bracelet that says "I <3 Ethan." It's cute.
• 3/13/13 Trains Trains Trains. Long train rides are and help me be.
• 3/24/13 There is nothing like coming back from a restful break feeling happy and READY to ROCK. All of my hats are in order:cousin cuddles, Communion, the travelling mango, Liberty, reading and resting, movie marathons and snow boarding. I am so blessed!

• 3/27/13 I noticed buds on the trees today! I also bought a fresh, hot apple cider doughnut. They had sent up a tent and were selling them in a common area.
• 3/28/13 Apparently, while in a deep and frustrated sleep I told Ethan "No, but we can still be together!" and something about unit conversions.
• 3/28/13 Cont: Went to Bre's for dinner. The tension was tamed.
• 3/29/13 Is it wrong to lie to someone in order to be polite?
• 3/29/13 History has so much to teach us but I am so glad I've never had to write a real history paper! Old Sturbridge Village with the Babies and Dad Man! Now is a fantastic age to be a woman. We can have it all: education, babies, a career. The challenge is choosing the right path.
