Ways to UP my Game:
- Start trying harder on days I see Ethan and at least when I have to go into work. (i.e. no more stained jeenz and messy hair)
- Drink 1L of H20/day
- Dress Nicer
- Up the vitamins, consider purchasing suplements of Vitamin D &/or drinking a can of V8.
- Get all HW done by Wed (hahaha, nice one... still try!!!!)
- STOP being so fucking forgetful.
- Swim
- Make a Crock-Pot meal
- Take neater class notes. Advice from Ethan on the Subject: Establish consistency
- Increase Fiber
Goals I've Reached:
