Ways to UP my Game:

  • Start trying harder on days I see Ethan and at least when I have to go into work. (i.e. no more stained jeenz and messy hair)
  • Drink 1L of H20/day
  • Dress Nicer
  • Up the vitamins, consider purchasing suplements of Vitamin D &/or drinking a can of V8.
  • Get all HW done by Wed (hahaha, nice one... still try!!!!)
  • STOP being so fucking forgetful.
  • Swim
  • Make a Crock-Pot meal
  • Take neater class notes. Advice from Ethan on the Subject: Establish consistency
  • Increase Fiber
