- swim cap
- goggles
- shampoo & conditioner
With Flippers:
- 1) belly board kicks -1 set
- 2) right/left (alternating) side kicks -2 sets
- 3) back board kick -1 set
- 4) tread water for 1 min
Without Flippers:
- 1) Frog Eating Cake Stroke -1 set
- 2) Pool Running (use waist float)
Take Note of Time & Remember to Stretch set = 2 full pool lengths
