Need to Remember to Bring:

  • flip flops
  • moisturizer
  • VASER BOTTLE
  • swim cap
  • goggles
  • shampoo & conditioner

With Flippers:

  • 1) belly board kicks -1 set
  • 2) right/left (alternating) side kicks -2 sets
  • 3) back board kick -1 set
  • 4) tread water for 1 min

Without Flippers:

  • 1) Frog Eating Cake Stroke -1 set
  • 2) Pool Running (use waist float)

Take Note of Time & Remember to Stretch set = 2 full pool lengths
