  • Prunes. LMAO. It sounds old-ladyish but trust me THEY WILL KEEP YOU YOUNG. They look revolting but I find them to be tasty little fuckers.
  • Boca burgers. I like them better than hamburgers, you don't feel like your stomach just expanded usually after you inhale one. The only time I want a hamburger is if I haven't eaten in like a day and I've been exercising like a fiend.
  • Green vegetables. Like prunes, they're filling and good as fuck for you.
  • Hummus. Not going to lie, it's pretty evil. 2 tablespoons is the serving size and I usually can't eat that little. I'm trying to lay off of it lately, which is easy since dad bought the garlic kind (BLEAHAHDK.)
  • Yogurt. Esp. raspberry. Oh yeah. Although now they have this new pomegranate kind that I love as well.
  • Olive oil tuna from the can. MMM.
  • Pasta. My parents make it a lot.
  • Honey bunches of oats cereal. If I want to eat this properly I literally have to get out the measuring cup and measure out 3/4 cup (the serving size) of this shit, otherwise in no time I'll have eaten 3 or 4 bowls. It's AMAZING.
  • Chocolate. I probably eat chocolate at least every couple days.
  • Salsa. I can't eat eggs without it and I eat chips with it as well, and we have tortilla chips a lot in my house.
  • Grapefruit. I love it. I love sour. Apparently it has over 100 percent vitamin C too. My skin has improved a lot since eating it regularly, but I don't know if that's just coincidence.
  • Chai Tea. It's wonderful.....I drink it a lot. Not every day but usually between twice a week to every couple of weeks. In random spurts but it's always there.
