T.O.S TERMS OF SERVICE Illustration policy - Fanart = OK - Removing watermark = NO - Selling my art in merchandise = NO ※unless you purchased a license from me - Repost with credit/source/link = OK - Use as profile picture/icon = ASK • Editing my art = NO Ordering By ordering you agree to and are bound by the following terms: • The sketch will be sent after the payment. • Commissioner can request WiP at any part of the process. • The time for completion of the piece varies depending on complexity, simple illustrations can be completed within 3 days and detailed/complex pieces can take 3+ months. • Due to the artist's backlog/schedule, faster completion or deadlines may require extra fees. • Once the picture is finished, small changes like color adjustments / adding small details (or fixing mistakes) could be done for free. • Any large changes (e.g., clothing changes, pose, setting) will be charged extra. Please ensure to review the initial WiP previews properly. • Large and resized versions of the artwork are sent after completion. • Commissioner cannot post the full size drawing publicly. • Layered files and PSDs are included for copyright commissions only. • The artist may post the finished artwork as well. • Private artwork or withholding the artist from posting may cost extra. • The purchase is for digital artwork (not any sort of physical material). • The drawing may or may not be used in a speedpaint video. You cannot request this or pay for it. • Refunds are not offered. • Commissioner/Artist may not share each other's personal/contact details with third parties. • Paying for the invoice means the commissioner accepts these terms and conditions. Commercial use agreement: - Copyright agreement: not commercial use - 1x price, commissioner may not resell the artwork itself (using as avatar in non-profitable sites is allowed). - Copyright agreement: monetized platforms - 1.5x price, commissioner can use in monetized platforms such as TwitchTV and YouTube, crediting the artist is required (i.e.: art by Hyanna Natsu). - Copyright agreement: merchandise selling for small business - 2x price, commissioner may use in monetized platforms and sell merchandise containing the purchased illustration, this option is for small business only. - Copyright agreement: merchandise selling for large quantity of products or big businesses - 3x price, customer may sell large quantity of material containing the commission. I the artist has the right to change my Terms of Service without prior warning. It is your responsibility to reread my TOS each time you order to ensure you have read the updated version and avoid cancellation.
