Gift Ideas

This one’s on the opposite side of gift-giving. If I think of something that would be a great gift for a person I might some day buy a gift, I write down something like “Mom – Rollerblades.” That way, when my Mom’s birthday comes up and I realize I haven’t been paying attention for a whole year, I’ve got some backup ideas.

    • a swatch watch (to replace the one she broke)
    • origami star paper strip
    • hobo gloves (blue)
    • Alice in Wonderland (live action movie)
  • wants:
    • star folding straw
    • DVD (but only if they're good - how would I know if they're good or not)
    • Spirited Away
    • stuff related to Studio Ghibli (but she already has the DVDs)
    • no book voucher (book store too far away and books she wants aren't out yet - as of 19 April 2011)
    • Tangled (she might already have it by the time her next birthday comes along)
