• I'd give $100,000 to my high school sweetheart's mother.
• I'd donate $100,000 of it to a community oriented cause, most likely involving aid for recovering drug addicts or resource centers for education.
• I'd spend about $100,000 to open my own space. There, I'd make/display art, have live music every week, sell vegan deli and baked foods, have discussions and open forums around voting season, and run a barter-system shop of trade.
• I'd pay off my student loans, which are about $50,000 (yikes!).
• I'd spend $10,000 to revamp my Ghia! New upholstery, new transmission, new brake system, new engine, new wood panel dash. Hot.
• I'd buy a miniature wire haired dachshund for about $600.
• I'd use the time off of work to write a novel. I'd need about $50,000 to cover living expenses while I do that.

That's not even half a million dollars!
