Okay, I srsly don't know how to word this but: sometimes he performs accidental, uncontrolled magic. some examples are making inanimate objects talk (that being his puppet "friends"), and unintentional telekinesis. he doesn't realise it immediately, someone (usually scotland) has to call it out
