- stop counting calories
- eat in front of others
- eat at restaurants and choose what I REALLY want
- eat out in general
- stop avoiding social gatherings with food
- stop measuring everything
- let others make food for me
- get fast food with friends like I used to
- consume unknown calorie foods
- stop forcing myself to eat at an incredibly slow pace
- eat when I’m hungry, not waiting for EXACT snack/meal times
- stop forcing myself to drink lots of water to prevent hunger
- stop hiding/throwing away food & saying I ate it
- stop going to bed hungry
