  • get fast food with friends like I used to
  • consume unknown calorie foods
  • stop forcing myself to eat at an incredibly slow pace
  • eat when I’m hungry, not waiting for EXACT snack/meal times
  • stop forcing myself to drink lots of water to prevent hunger
  • stop hiding/throwing away food & saying I ate it
  • stop going to bed hungry
