For my sake,

• everyone's got their own things going on. just because someone seems standoffish doesn't mean I did anything. (i.e. d & m)
• treasure every minute.
• if they didn't love you, they wouldn't say they do
• they like you for you
  • so don't fuck it up.

For theirs,

• everyone needs alone time
• learning to be happy alone means you're happier with yourself; and if you're happier with yourself, you'll be happier with them
  • and if you realize you aren't happy with them, you don't have to take it.
