  • beef chuck roast, cubed

• instructions:
  • turn on the stove at medium heat
  • put oil in a pot, just enough to cover the bottom of the pot
  • put onions in the pot and saute for 3 minutes
  • add beef into the pot, season with salt and pepper, and saute until the beef is cooked medium (slightly pink on the inside)...

• ingredients:
  • 32 oz. brussel sprouts, washed, ends cut off, and halved
  • 5 pcs. raw bacon, cut into 1/2in. pieces
  • handful of pecans, chopped into small pieces
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/8c. olive oil or canola oil
  • 4 tbsp. balsamic glaze
• instructions:
  • pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees
  • mix the brussel sprouts, bacon, and pecans together in a bowl
  • add the olive/canola oil, salt, and pepper into the bowl
  • mix so that everything is as evenly coated as possible
  • place on a baking sheet, making sure the mix is evenly spread out
