- i'm left eyed
- i grew up around the circus. no, i'm not a carnie.
- i have chronic fatigue syndrome w/ secondary fibromyalgia, a circadian rhythm abnormality & chronic daily headaches. my insurance company dislikes me.
- unlike most people, when my adreneline starts pumping my blood pressure drops drastically
- some people follow sports. i follow irish dancing (TIDC in the pic ---> )
- i prefer rainy days
- i can turn my tongue upside down
- i've never had a glass of milk in my whole life (and never want to)
- i was a vegetarian for 10 years and still can't eat steak. and refuse to prepare raw meat.
- i wish i knew how to sew
- i broke off my front teeth as a toddler at the gumline and had fake, bonded front teeth. thank god i cannot remember this.
- as a child i refused to walk across grass in bare feet
- i was incredibly shy and barely spoke until i went to camp the summer b/f 7th grade. no one believes this.
- groups of people doing anything synchronized generally intrests me. blame irish dancing
- being lost freaks me out. i always make sure i get good directions and look at a map
- having grown up across the street from lake michigan, i get very turned around without a body of water to orient myself to.
- i grew up in chicago and never once took the L. just like my mother . . .
- i can spend hours staring at a map. i love them
- i can put my feet behind my head
- i didn't drive till i was 18 cause i was afraid to drive in my own neighborhood (hell, i don't blame me! have you ever driven in downtown chicago?!)
- the 2 major moves i've made in my life - to savannah & atlanta - i did sight unseen. i packed up all my shit and just went.
- i have a "thing" for earlobes. specifically cold ones. most babies sucked their thumbs. i played with earlobes.
- i want a tattoo of a claddagh on the inside of my left wrist. or maybe something else . . . but i have "commitment issues"
- i hate talking on the phone. it's almost like a phobia
- i horde paint samples. i have stacks of them (in order, ofcourse) from about 4 or 5 different lines. martha's and the bear line at home depot are my favorites.
- i love the music of tin whistles, bodhrans, fiddles, uilleann pipes, bagpipes and even an occasion accordian. again, blame irish dancing.
- for some weird reason i love filling out forms. and surveys.
- i love the word athabaska. and miss the place
- i loathe the month of february. nothing good has ever come from february for me
