- can organize themselves to do something as a group, like mature adults!
- try to be empathetic, when they can't be sypathetic
- call, just as i was thinking about them
- write letters - handwritten ones (pic ---> )
- create work that inspires me . . . speaks to me
- make an effort to fix their mistakes
- sincerely apologize
- save something silly for me just b/c they know i'll appreciate it
- offer to share knowledge
- pool their talents
