  • don't give up on what you want to do. If you hit a dead end, don't completely drop it, just leave it or take a break from it if you are too close to burnout, and then come back to it when you feel like trying again at it.
  • keep going forward
  • don't look back
  • accept any negative emotional state as it is. It is easier that way rather than suppressing it and trying forcefully to be positive.
