  • Keep room clean. Don't leave shit on your bed all the time. Make sure the dishes are always put away. Do trash and recycling when doing laundry.
  • Use the internet less. Limit amount of time wasted on Facebook, Tumblr, and Twitter. It's unnecessary and you know it.
  • Fix your posture. Whenever you can, sit up straight. Stand tall. Slouch less.
