  • Feel pretty. Take a little time to wear a nice outfit, do something nice with your hair. Give yourself that little confidence boost.
  • Drink more water. It's healthy.
  • Get out of bed and make it. Don't sleep in past 11 anymore. Make the bed to develop the discipline.
  • Stop buying clothes. Make due with what you have and continue downsizing until you have only what you need.
  • Practice your ukulele/banduria. Music calms you down and practicing talents like that only make them better.
  • Be active. Whether it's the silly 20 minute workouts from magazines, going outside and playing hockey in the garage or going for a walk.
  • Be content with where you are. Make plans, but don't live too far ahead of yourself. It only makes things worse.
  • Minimize iTunes. Delete the songs from that album you downloaded but didn't care about. Keep the ones you'll never get sick of singing along to.
  • Become a beast at sight reading. You're slipping up. Brush up on sight reading treble clef and relearn bass clef.
