Born from the last relationship between an Old God and a human. Her reservations on the subject of her origins are thus understandable - she was expected to be a messenger of the wills of the Old Gods, and yet they have all abandoned her. She was raised to become the new head of the church, for no God was present on this country anymore.

She has given blessings to many people in her time, and yet has lacked an emotional connection to near all of them. One, however, caught onto her - a young child, six years old, whose mother had perished in the last battle from [insert cliche war name here]. That child was raised in the church, and from Our Lady's healing powers, gained a terrifying ability - the ability to raise the dead, which disrupted an earthly balance.

Since then, she has remained distant from humans, for they are dangerous and unrestrained with power and the touch of Holy Blood.
